Roz is a born-and-raised Mainer who believes that human connection and a little audacity can shift the world inch by inch. She's driven by the simple truth that we're all just human, and life's big issues would be so much easier if we had the courage to face them together.

You'll find Roz talking to strangers, listening to their stories, and soaking up the abundance of kindness that exists when we make space for it. One of her greatest joys in organizing is watching folks leave a space more energized than they arrived--whether that spark leads to internal reflection, conversations in their circles, or action in their communities. For Roz, climate and social justice work are inseparable from her belief in our shared humanity and the resilience of Mainers who care deeply about their neighbors.

When the sun is shining, she's outside. She loves surprises of all sorts (including mystery ice cream flavors), the sound of water, and the serene charm of Maine's lakes. Nothing beats a dip in the ocean or a paddle on the water to remind her why this place--and its people--are worth fighting for.
